Stephen Jones has published academic research and has unparalleled practical experience related to the defense of cases involving allegations of terrorism, domestic subversion and espionage. His experience includes security violations, arms and weapons transfers, suspicious economic assistance and the constraints and limitations on transfers of trade and technology. He offers a keen working knowledge of the laws of intelligence collection, including the Classified Information Procedure Act and the various Geneva protocols and treaties relating to arms control and weapons of mass destruction.
